We do accept all forms of credit card (Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Cash and we do have Patient Financing. We are sorry but we do not accept checks. If you are interested we do offer a 12 months same as cash financing program through Med Choice Financial features Information and an online application with instant approvals. You can select up to 12 months same as cash for all your treatments.

We do require full payment prior to any services and treatments.
