Dr. Echo Rowe attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana where she majored in Biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then moved to Seattle to attend medical school at the University of Washington. After finishing, Dr. Rowe moved to San Diego, California and completed her pediatric residency training at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Rowe then spent an additional year as the Pediatric Chief Resident and is board certified in Pediatrics.

After completing her training in pediatrics, Dr. Rowe decided to pursue further training at Stanford University in the Department of Anesthesiology and after finishing a second residency, will spend a final year working as a pediatric anesthesia fellow, as well as continuing to volunteer on medical mission trips overseas.

Dr. Rowe's passion for caring for children is just one way she enjoys enriching the lives of others. She also enjoys helping others look and feel their best, and has turned a personal interest into a professional one with the creation of Emerge Medi Spa. She has completed additional training in laser and pulsed light therapy and is very excited to serve as the Medical Director of Emerge MediSpa, where clients are given personalized, professional care while helping them look and feel more youthful and confident.

Marles Geist, RN, MSN, ARNP

Our Clinical Director, Marles Geist has served in the field of health care for over thirty years, both in the United States and the Middle East. During her nursing career she has worked as an educator, medical/surgical nurse giving bedside care, manager of an intensive care unit, and has been involved in many hospital based committees. She earned her Masters in Nursing and ARNP license in 1989 and has been providing primary care in both internal medicine and family practice clinics for over a decade. She brings with her an in-depth knowledge of diagnoses and treatment of diseases.

Over her many years of practice, she has also seen the impact of individual lifestyle on our general health and well-being, including our skin and how we age. She is certified in the administration of Botox and the multiple applications of laser and Intense Pulse Light devices.

Marles believes in empowering her clients to look and feel their best, from the inside out. As the Clinical Director of Emerge MediSpa, she is dedicated to providing a personalized approach to helping our clients meet their goals.

Le Ann Kinsey, CMT

Le Ann has been a Spa professional for over 7 years.  She has managed two area Day Spas and enjoyed the experience. Her real passion is in the treatment room working with clients. She began studying massage at Palo Alto Body Therapy in 2001 and it was then she found where she wanted to be. She acquired her California Esthetics license at Monterey Bay Beauty College and practiced in Carmel for several years. Recently adding Permanent Make-up, Sapphire and VelaSahpe to her ever growing list of skills has truly been a remarkable endeavor.

She has embraced the medical technology available to the skin care industry and is very enthusiastic about joining the Emerge team.

Andrew Georgitsis

Andrew Georgitsis has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound. He has extensive experience in small business and managing people and is currently a major shareholder and partner in three local and international companies. He is putting that experience to work for Emerge MediSpa by managing the day to day business operations as well as all the finances and marketing
